A mandate agreement covers the scope of representation, the agent's fee (commission or flat fee), termination conditions and the principal's obligations. AI generates it for real estate, commercial representation and legal procedural mandates.

Legal context

A mandate agreement is governed by §§ 566–576 of the Slovak Commercial Code. The mandatary acts in their own name but on behalf of the principal — ownership of results passes to the principal. For real estate brokerage, Act 186/2009 on financial intermediation applies.
