• Identification (name, email, country).
• Usage data (IP, login times).
• Document content you create or sign.

3. Purpose

Service delivery, billing, support, legal compliance.

4. Retention

Account data: 5 years after termination (legal). Documents: while the account exists.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection. Requests: via our contact form.

6. Analytics

We use Umami — cookie-less, GDPR-friendly analytics. No Google Analytics, no tracking cookies.

7. Country detection for language

On your first visit to the home page we detect your approximate country to show the right language version (Slovak for Slovakia, English for everyone else). To do this, your IP address is sent to the external service api.country.is, which returns only a country code. We do not store your IP address or link it to your account. If you choose a language manually, no country detection takes place.
